Our Mission

During the past few months, we read about the effects of SNAP cuts and SNAP’s vulnerabilities during the shutdown, and determined that New Yorkers could use a system to easily locate food pantries and even find any specific items they need. We help New York City Residents know from where their next meal, groceries, or hygiene products will come; relieve the stress associated with uncertainty; reduce search time; and increase client-provider connection.
